Our ONYXMAG™ is made to stick to the back of your phone so you can safely attach your phone to the dedicated magneton the ONYX BOTTLE.

Our ONYX BOTTLE are crafted using high-quality food-grade PETG plastic, ensuring your safety and peace of mind. They are meticulously designed to be 100% BPA-free, prioritising your health and well-being.

ONYX BOTTLE is designed to work as a secure mount whether the bottle is empty or full. The bottle is stable enough to hold a phone when the bottle is empty.

Worry not, ONYXMAG™ is just a metal piece that is designed to attach to our ONYX BOTTLE. IT WILL NOT damage the phone.

Absolutely! Since your bottle is fresh out from our factory, please do hand wash your bottle with soapy water then rinse thoroughly before use.

Yes, ONYX BOTTLEis compatible with ALL devices. We developed a magnetic sticker that you can attach to your device to make it magnetic. It's extremely strong & resilient and won't fall off.

The ONYX bottle is specifically designed for use with cold beverages and is not recommended for holding hot liquids. The bottle's construction utilises plastic materials that may not withstand high temperatures, making it unsuitable for hot water.

You can chill your ONYX bottle in the fridge or add ice for a refreshing cold drink, but avoid placing it in the freezer as extreme temperature changes may compromise the plastic's durability.

We recommend ensuring that the ONYXMAG is securely attached to the flat surface of your phone or phone case. The ONYXMAG is specifically designed for optimal adhesion on flat surfaces, providing a secure and reliable attachment for your phone.

While the ONYX Bottle is NOT specifically designed for MagSafe, it can still work with MagSafe-enabled devices. However, please note that our magnetic attachment is circular in shape which is different to MAGSAFE so you will have minor difficulties to attach it.

The ONYX Bottle package includes :

Once your item has been dispatched, it will typically take

3-7 working days - West Malaysia
5-10 working days - East Malaysia.

Please note that the transit time may be slightly longer for East Malaysia due to customs processing in West Malaysia before the items are forwarded for delivery in East Malaysia

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided link or by entering the tracking number on the courier's website.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please immediately contact your courier service and lodge an inquiry with them.

ONYX does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that have been confirmed by the postal services to be delivered. 

Please email us immediately at info@liftonyx.com and our customer service will help you in the process.

Once the item ships, we will not be able to re-direct the parcel to a new address. We do not replace parcels that are delivered to the wrong address given by the customer.

Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Apologies, if you have received the wrong order please send pictures to info@liftonyx.com and we will process for the right order to be dispatched as soon as possible.

To initiate a return, please email info@liftonyx.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return and issue a refund if applicable.

- e-Wallets (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, Boost)

- PayLater by Grab where you can pay next month or pay in 4 monthly instalments

- PayLater by Atome where you can pay next month or pay in 3 monthly instalments

- PayLater by SHOPBACK where you can pay next month or pay in 3 monthly instalments

We currently do not provide option for Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.

Once you have ordered, you should be getting an email confirmation within 30 minutes. Please check your email for the confirmation email. If you do not see it, it might be because there was a typo in your email.

If you suspect you might have provided us with the wrong email address, please email us at info@liftonyx.com with your name and correct email address for us to locate your order and re-send a new copy of confirmation email to you.
