LIFT ONYX offers 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for LIFT ONYX products purchased only through LIFT ONYX official stores:
Important: Products purchased through unauthorized channels won’t be eligible for warranty coverage. All warranty claims must go through the original point of purchase, and the warranty kicks off from the date you ordered your LIFT ONYX product.
If you’ve received a defective product, we’ll provide a replacement based on the defect, processed within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. To make this seamless, you’ll need to clearly show the defect following our guidelines. For more details on our replacement policy, click here.
What’s Covered Under the 2-Year Warranty?
Here's what we cover:
- Leaking
- Rust in internal structure of product
- Rattling (Bottle, Cap, Lid)
What’s Not Covered?
- Wear and tear: dents, scratches, staining, or odor from use
- Broken water bottles
- Minor differences in product appearance due to screen or resolution differences
- Improper use, including contact with animals or accidents
- Exposure to corrosive chemicals or failure to follow aftercare instructions
- Abuse, negligence, or damage caused by fire, chemicals, or other external factors
Aftercare Instructions
To keep your LIFT ONYX bottles in top shape, here’s what not to do:
- Don’t soak the entire bottle/cup in hot water
- Don’t put the bottle/cup in the freezer, stove, or microwave
- Don’t put the bottle/cup or cap in the dishwasher
- Avoid using bleach or chlorine for cleaning
Warranty Limitations and Transferability
Our warranty applies only to the original purchase and isn’t transferable. Any unauthorized transfer or unregistered claim will void the warranty.
Proof of Purchase
We may ask for proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation) to process your warranty claim. Without it, we might not be able to honor your request.
