LIFT ONYX Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

At LIFT ONYX, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. As a result, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

However, we do offer exchanges for a higher-priced item, provided the original item is unused and in its original condition. Additionally, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please review the details below on how to report any issues.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for a different product of higher value, as long as the item is:
Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
✅ Exchanged within 48 hours of delivery
✅ The price difference is paid before the exchange is processed

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange.

  • Once an item has been used or worn, it is no longer eligible for exchange.

Damages & Issues

We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [info@liftonyx.com] with:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the affected product(s)

We will review your case and work towards a resolution, whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

Eligible Issues for Replacement or Refund (within 48 Hours)

Water Bottles

  • Major cracks, scratches, or dents upon arrival (Bottle, Cap, Lid, Straw)

  • Caps that do not seal properly

  • Unwashable stains or scuffs

  • Missing parts (Silicone rubber, straw)

  • Major cosmetic imperfections (uneven printing, logo, or paint defects)

Lifting Gear

  • Tears or rips upon arrival

  • Unremovable stains

  • Faulty buckles

  • Grip material tearing or separating

Clothing

  • Visible tears, rips, or holes

  • Loose stitching or seams coming undone

  • Irremovable stains or discoloration

  • Incorrect size, color, or design received

To be eligible for a replacement, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Any item returned in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted.

2-Year Warranty for Water Bottles (ONYX Bottle & ONYX Flask Pro)

For added peace of mind, all LIFT ONYX water bottles come with a 2-year warranty. If your bottle experiences a manufacturing defect within this period, please reach out to us for assistance.

3-months warranty include:

  • Defects in the lids
  • Loose Magsafe magnetic lid 

2-year warranty include:

  • Leaking
  • Rust

What we DO NOT cover:

  • Wear and tears:
  • Dents & scratches from use
  • Improper use of product, contact with animal or high impact accidents
  • Exposure to corrosive liquids/chemicals
  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions
  • Abuse, negligence, accident, fire or chemical damage and/or other causes beyond our control.

Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued based on the price paid after any discounts.

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our error.
